how can i sign into icloud in earlier iphone like 6+? i have two earlier devices both are 6+ but couldn’t sign into one of them both have same iOS version 12.5.7

I got this issue but I found another way. You need to reset your phone and right after bring it closer to any apple device with your account signed in, in that way your newly reset iphone will get synced to your existing one by scanning that "blue circle thing". Hope this one works!
reset your iPhone 6, 6+, make sure it’s in it latest os 12.5.7. When you’re done resetting navigate to the home screen, then go to AppStore sign in your iCloud there it’ll quickly prompt you to your setting, automatically sign in
