Hi hkbs,

The instructions provided in our previous reply would apply to this type of ticket as well. Have you restarted both devices since noticing the pass isn't syncing? This can often resolve unexpected behaviors:

Restart your iPhone - Apple Support

Restart your Apple Watch - Apple Support

If that doesn't resolve this, we'd also suggest updating the software on both devices to ensure that the latest fixes are in place:

Update your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

Update your Apple Watch - Apple Support

If this still occurs after restarting and updating your devices, contacting Apple Support is the best path forward to resolve this. They will be best equipped to investigate this further for you:

Cheers!

Hi there hkbs,

If you are trying to add a pass in the Wallet app of your Apple Watch, ensure you are following these steps from Add and use passes in Wallet on Apple Watch:

Set options for your passes
1. Open the Apple Watch app on your iPhone.
2. Tap My Watch, then tap Wallet & Apple Pay.

Add a pass
To add a pass, do one of the following:
* Follow the instructions in the email sent by the issuer.
* Open the pass issuer’s app, if they have one.
* Tap Add in the notification.
* Tap a pass sent to you in Messages.

Use a pass
You can use a variety of passes on your Apple Watch.
* If a notification for a pass appears on your Apple Watch: Tap the notification to display the pass. You might have to scroll to get to the barcode.
* If you have a barcode pass: Double-click the side button, scroll to your pass, then present the barcode to the scanner. You can also open the Wallet app  on your Apple Watch, select the pass, then scan it.
An airline ticket showing in the Wallet app. The flight information is at the top and a bar code is at the bottom.

If a pass changes—for example, the gate on your boarding pass—your pass updates on both iPhone and Apple Watch.

Get pass information
To get more information about a pass—a flight’s departure and arrival time, for example—do the following:
1. Open the Wallet app  on your Apple Watch.
2. Tap a pass, scroll down, then tap Pass Information.

If this is what you are doing and this continues, please provide more details on exactly what's happening so that we can continue to assist.

Cheers!

Thank you but I am not trying to use a pass. This is a return ticket I bought for a day out - a return ticket. Northern Rail sent me an email with the tickets included. It was straightforward to add them to Wallet on the iPhone. A ticket is shown for each way of the journey.

Although the Apple Watch is set to mirror my iPhone, the tickets do not appear in the wallet on the watch.
