i have been trying to sign in to apple tv for the last two days. how can you help

Update to the latest version of the Apple TV app

Update to the latest version of iOS or iPadOS, macOS, or tvOS.

If you're using a compatible smart TV, streaming device, or gaming console that's connected to the internet, the Apple TV app should update automatically. If you need help, you can contact the manufacturer or learn how to get the Apple TV app on your device.

If you can't watch or stream movies and TV shows in the Apple TV app - Apple Support

Should this persist, go ahead and check if you can reset the Apple TV app and sign in again:

When you reset the Apple TV app, all data is erased, including your accounts and configuration.

1. In the Apple TV app , navigate to Settings. 

2. Go to Reset, then select Reset. 

3. Resetting the Apple TV app restores it to original settings and removes your personal information, TV shows, and movies from the smart TV.
