M having iPhone 6 plus and having difficulty downloading web browser apps and some other apps. However the phone is has been updated up to date and currently it's running with 12.5.7. Please help me to upgrade this. Thank you.

The iPhone 6 Plus cannot install iOS 15. iOS 12.5.7 is as far as the iPhone 6 can go. No more updates after that.
You need an iPhone 7 to install iOS 15. If you want to install iOS 16, you will need an iPhone 8 or higher model.
