Hi, I recently purchased iPhone 11 online and it is in need of a battery service (75%), I noticed in the settings that the phone and a battery replacement is covered by Apple care, my question is can I use this cover and take the phone into store and get repaired? - I don’t know previous owner.

If it truly says it has AppleCare effective on it then it is covered by AppleCare under any owner.

Thanks for reply. I’ve just used the settings -coverage option and it said battery replacement estimated cost £0 and then put appointment on at local store for service(11:30 tomorrow), I’m still a little worried when I get their they might ask for original owner information or receipt?
Second hand (used) iPhone 11 has Apple care can I use it for repairs?
