muted with purple bell thingy - toggled hide alerts on/off no change - badge notifications continue - maddening - what is the point of muting/hiding alerts??

Alerts in messages I keep trying to hide alerts from a group message but I still get alerts no matter what I do. I tap hide alerts button and the little bell icon with the line through is showing that it is muted, but I am constantly getting alerts from that group. How do I fix this? Iphone XR

Notifications sounding but not showing (Lighting up) on the lock screen. Notifications do not light up on the lock screen. They sound out but are only visible after unlocking and swiping up. Recently upgraded to iPhone 14 pro max and IOS 18.2 and I get some notifications but not all of them. I feel like it's more than 70% affected. The issue randomly affects SMS, Yahoo app emails, banking notifications and even 2FA authenicator apps. The notifications settings are all set correctly and no focus modes turned on. Also for individual apps. Rebooted phone multiple times and toggled notification settings between Count / Stack / List It's annoying because I often keep my phone on silent while at work and just look at the notifications when they display, But I'm missing most of them. Pretty certain it's a bug. Can anyone advise whn this will be fixed?

Why are my notification badges stuck on iPhone 15? In phone app there are few notification badges got stuck. I tried a lot to clear those notifications but its not possible. Without any missed calls the notification badge is showing some numbers. [Re-Titled by Moderator]

So you're not notified each time someone sends a message in that group text, it doesn't say don't show notification badge.
