Apple Music doesn’t recognize my Apple One subscription

I’ve bought Apple One for my family. Myself and 2 other members. Icloud works fine and so does Apple TV and Arcade. However, when both the other family members try to use Apple Music it gives a connection error and they’re unable to play music. Also Apple Music tells them to take a subscription. For me (head user) everything works fine. It should be possible to share the family subscription with 5 people so why is Apple Music not working for them?
