App Numbers -change the number of decimal places
To change the number of decimal places - the instructions say click "Format" then go to "sidebar" and click "Cell" tab - but there is no "Cell" tab

If you have a cell selected and if the format sidebar (not the organize sidebar) is open, there are tabs for Table, Cell, Text, and Arrange.
