Why y’all charging me to have messenger when it’s free
Every time I want to download messenger it trying to charge my card why if messenger it’s free

Messenger is free. But you MUST have a payment method on your Apple account to download Messenger. If you don't have a payment method on your account, you can't have Messenger. The reason is most free apps have what are called in-app purchase options. You don't have to ever make any purchases, but if you don't have a credit card on your account, you don't get the apps.
