Fetch new data shows old Facebook fetch settings

I noticed under my contacts settings accounts under fetch new data I have an entry labeled firstname last name (calendars, contacts) not associated with my mail account or iCloud. It was suggested in an old thread this was left behind by Facebook. Unfortunately I see no way to remove this entry. The other thread had a suggestion below but that setting doesn’t appear to exist in the current Facebook app. See below.

has anyone ever figured out how to get rid of this old ghosted entry?

The Firstname Lastname account under Fetch New Data is actually for Facebook. Switch off Calendars and Contacts on the Facebook settings page and that extra account will vanish
