I am logged into my apple account on my PC but get that message with every attempt to listen.
Item Not Available in your country.
Try switching back to your account's registered storefront.
So annoying and tiering. Who knows what it means?

If you're getting a message that the content is not available in your country or region, then the content isn't available where you're currently located.
Your country or region would need to match the content, as outlined in Change your Apple ID country or region - Apple Support

See this post on erratic syncing. Sometimes that error message is given for the wrong reasons and probably indicates corrupt or incomplete downloads.

Thanks for all replies.
I have full access from my Apple music app on my Android.
When I try to play those same lists, stations, etc... from a 3 different PCs' web browser I get that annoying message.
The country setting is absolutely fine. That does not seam to be the issue.
This is music in my library that I have purchased & played previously! I have not gone anywhere, so why is my music suddenly not available?!!
