Wallet & Apple Pay Add Card issue

I am unable to add test card into my "Wallet&ApplePay" settings. My colleagues are able to add test cards even they have the same configurations(except they have M1 chip and mine was Intel). I am getting the below screenshot(1) issue.

I checked the Users & Groups and its already disabled the automatic login. Check the screenshot 2.

Please check this and do the needful.
