If the addresses are tied to your Apple ID, you won't be able to delete them without deleting your entire account.

If they are just set as Aliases, you may be able to delete it them by logging in tohttps://icloud.com/ navigating to the Mail option, clicking on the cog at the top of the left side pane, then select Preferences, then Accounts. If the other emails appear as aliases, you can click on them, and then on Delete Alias to remove them.

click here ➜ Add and manage email aliases for iCloud Mail on iCloud.com - Apple Support

Otherwise you can create rules for those addresses at https://icloud.com to send every email received to them, to the trash automatically.

Log in to https://icloud.com/ and navigate to Mail. Click the cogwheel at the top of the Mail pane and choose Preferences. Click on Rules then on Add rule. Select the "Addressed to" option from the first drop down, and then enter the email address in the text below it. Select "Move to Folder" from the "Then" section and select the Trash folder from the box below the drop down.
