My iPhone 13 Pro Max doesn’t always ring. Ringer is on with volume and it can be any of my contacts at any time. Already done all the recommended checks.

This has been a problem since I've owned this phone. (iPhone 13 Pro Max, iOS 16.6) I have tried every recommended solution posted in previous articles asking the same question. Never seems to have been resolved. I realize there are a lot of reasons it numbers don't rings through and I reviewed and tried every one that I've reviewed in this community. Has anyone found a solution?
