Apple Music Won't Log In - New Mac on Ventura 13.4
Just opened my new Air running on Ventura 13.4. I cannot login to Apple Music. I actually wanted iTunes, but it won't install with this iOS. I'm just trying to get to my music so I can listen to songs. I don't want to buy the subscription. The Music app on my phone works fine and I just logged in there to confirm I was typing the correct password.
When I try to login to the account on the computer app, it acts like it'll take it and then nothing happens. If I go to "Redeem," it defaults the user id to "local." I put in my credentials and then I get an error that the connection is bad. It's not. This is so frustrating. I'm not super tech savvy as far as knowing "backend" fixes, I created a new library, but then didn't know what to do after that. Can someone please help?
