Printers compatable with Ventura

looking to replace our Epson WF-2860 with a new ink-jet compatible with Ventura. Have tried multiple driver updates to no avail. Could be a problem with the printer itself as it no longer connects via USB. Will "go offline" every other day, requiring a re-install - sometimes as the IP address. Works for a bit, then quits. Cannot be found by AirPrint. Our old Epson XP-410 works reasonably well, but need 2-sided printing, and probably a tank printer. Looked at Canon, HP, Brother and Epson - but none specifically state they work with Ventura. Suggestions? Don't want to spend a fortune, but about $200 OK. Just need one that doesn't have to be reinstalled every couple of days....

Check the list of AirPrint compatible printers in the following support document. All printers listed there, will be compatible with Ventura.

Hi,

Also, it is interesting to note that both existing printers (Epson WF-2860 and XP-410) are listed as AirPrint-supported models, and thus compatible with macOS (13 Ventura). So, they should work without additional drivers, provided that the printer(s) and the Mac are connected to the same network (Wi-Fi router). AirPrint works with wireless (Wi-Fi) or wired (Ethernet) network connections.

Regarding AirPrint discovery, any change if you try the following procedure in this order (do not forget the router)?

Power off the Wi-Fi router, the printer(s), the Mac, and all other computers/devices. Wait two to three minutes. Power on the router. Wait two to three minutes. Power on the printer(s). Wait a minute or two. Power on the Mac. Finally, power on all other computers/devices.
