"Microsoft Outlook quit unexpectedly" - can I fix without reinstalling Outlook?

I have a MacBook Pro & have been using MS Outlook to manage my various email accounts. Two days ago Outlook crashed, with a "problem report" that suggested I may have to update my OS. I was running on OS 11, so updated to OS 13. Outlook still doesn't open & I'm now getting the message that "Microsoft Outlook quit unexpectedly". All other MS Office products (Word, Excel) are working fine.

Is there a way to fix this without reinstalling Outlook? (I don't want to have to set up the various email addresses again.)

MacBook Pro 16″, macOS 13.5
