Time Stamp + Love Heart
I’ve just noticed a love heart next to my time stamp (top left corner of iPhone). Any ideas why?

The “time stamp” is the time or clock, and the “love heart” shows that a Focus is enabled with a custom “icon.” The icon circled in pick is the one you chose for your Focus:
