How can I get my iPhone 12 Pro Max unlocked form locked to onwer without knowing the email or password

You can't. If you don't know whoever originally set up the phone, you can't use the phone. Apple won't help you unless you are the original buyer and you can provide Apple the original purchase receipt, which clearly shows the serial number of the phone.

I'm going to assume you bought a used iPhone which is locked? You bought a brick you can't use if unless you know the person who set it up and can get them to remove the phone from their account. If you can, get your money back. If you can't get your money back, recycle the phone as it is totally useless to you.

You got scammed.

You’re here, asking this, which usually means the seller has disappeared, which means no unlock and no refund.

What to do? Recycle this iPhone, as it is not now and never will be useful to you. Yes, really, recycle it.

Activation lock is a security protocol that can't be bypassed. Only the person it is locked to can unlock it.

If you bought this from someone and it came locked, try to get your money back, you will never be able to use the phone.

New to you, or purchased from Apple or an authorized reseller?

If an iPhone you’ve recently acquired, contact the seller.

Take it back to the person from whom you received it. Get them to do the things in this support article or ask for a refund --> What to do before you sell, give away, or trade in your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support There is no way to discover the owner of a device unless they left a message to display on the device when it is turned on, or the person who gave you the device knows them.

Read this article about removing Activation Lock --> How to remove Activation Lock - Apple Support Unless you have the account information that set the lock, the original receipt from Apple or an Apple approved vendor, or can demonstrate legal inheritance from a deceased owner, you cannot remove the lock; return or recycle the device.

From the very bottom of Apple Trade In - Apple :

"Does Apple offer recycling?

Yes. Apple Trade In lets you recycle any Apple device (including devices from Apple-owned brands) at any Apple Store and on Apple for free. That includes your batteries and old electronic products as well as free, on-demand packaging recycling for our commercial, education, and institutional customers. When we receive your device, it will be thoroughly inspected to determine if components can be recycled or reused. Whether recycled or reused, all activities relating to the processing of your device will be managed in an environmentally responsible way."

For a Carrier Lock, you will need to contact the carrier to unlock the phone. They are under no obligation to unlock the phone if the obligations for the lock have not been meant. This is more difficult if you are not a current customer of the carrier that it is locked to.

For Activation Lock, the original owners credentials have to be entered.

All the information is here for you on this thread. This mostly occurs from an Activation Lock on a purchased used device where you do not know the original owners Apple ID and Password. If you cannot get that information from the original owner, then there is nothing you can do but recycle the phone.

A Carrier Lock needs to be resolved by the carrier.

Without any details on the lock you are experiencing, you will just need to review this page to see if there are any options available to you.
