The libre apps probably were not updated to work with the updated phone. I suggest that you contact the developer of the apps using this link...

The answer lies purely with Abbot to fix the compatibility issue with the new iOS.

Abbott Labs has had plenty of lead time from Apple via Beta versions of new software. Clearly, the Abbott app developers missed the target on this one.

What happened in the end? Has anyone else found a solution to this? I have had to use my reader since mine stopped working with my iPhone in September, but that means the diabetes clnic nurse cannot see the data unless I manually upload to the PC. I also cannot see my predicted HBA1C on the scanner/reader. I have spoken to Abbott several times, each time I seem to be given different info, but the outcome remains the same and I cannot use my phone to scan.

I've just started my new Libre2 sensor with iOS 17.2.1... after 60 min I will see if is possible to use it again properly as before... keep the finger crossed :)

update 60min later... It seems to be working again :)
