Panic - Watchdog Timeout: no checkins from watchdog in 90 seconds

Does anyone have the answer to this question? {Catalina: 10.15.7 - MacBook Air (11-inch, Mid 2012)}, the problem occurs when you connect an external hd and when it enters sleep mode!

The operating system employs a watchdog that monitors launch times and app responsiveness, and terminates unresponsive apps.

Your watchdog was waiting wake up your MacBook Air, though it wasn't within 90 seconds which made your MacBook Air into kernel panic trouble.
