I am using P2719H Dell monitor with MacBook Pro M1 and Targus DOCK190APZ-82 docking station. The MacBook detects the docking station, however it doesn't detect the Monitor and the Monitor does not get any input. What could be the issue?

To support at most TWO displays on one port out of a Macintosh Computer, the PORT, the cable, and the first device, (Dock or Display) must all be genuine ThunderBolt.
USB-C has only half the data pathways, and Macs do not support two displays on one USB-C port.
Targus Dock:
The Targus DOCK190 is a native USB Type-C 3.1 Gen 1 (USB SuperSpeed) Universal Docking Station
Dell display:
Up to 1920 x 1080 through VGA, DisplayPort, and HDMI
Hi IsaRosa,
We understand you need help with your docking station and we can assist you.
Your docking station won't be able to accept 2 monitors if it only plugs into one port on your Mac.
Your Mac doesn't support using more than one display per port. You will need to plug one monitor into the docking station and the other monitor into another available port.
