Apple Watch Pairing Issue

When pairing my Apple Watch SE to my iPhone 14 Pro it unpairs right as it pairs. I have reset both devices and the network settings on my phone. My phone is also fully up to date. I returned the 1st Apple Watch I had due to this issue.How can I fix this issue?

This is weird. Have you tried and restart the watch and the iPhone and start the pairing process anew ?

If this is a new Apple Watch and it also presents the issue that you've gotten a replacement for in the first time, I should Contact - Official Apple Support to discuss this further if I where you
