my apple watch series 8 sends me notifications during the night to get up and move. i cant silence because i am needing health notifications at night
My watch continuously notifies me to get up during the night and move. I want it to let me rest whether I am asleep or not. I do not want to silence notifications because I want to be alerted to low heart rate.
