How can I stop my Apple Watch alerting me during sleep mode?

When my apple watch is in sleep mode and I get up to go to the bathroom and then go back to bed to try to drift back to sleep in the precious little time I have remaining, my watch will vibrate and ask me if I want to turn off sleep mode. This wakes me up or disturbs my sleep, and apparently there is no way to prevent this alert from happening (and keep tracking sleep data)? Please let me know if I am missing a way to turn this off, or if a solution is in the works.

Thanks, Ingo, yes, I had those settings as you describe. I think this "are you awake" buzz was not considered a "notification." For now I have turned off my sleep schedule and have switched to using DND instead of Sleep Mode. That seems to have the effect I want -- not being disturbed while still tracking my sleep stages. But I would still like to use Sleep Mode with a sleep schedule if there is a way.
