Iphone 13 got pinkish/purple lines when its temperature get's increase.

I'm using I Phone 13 and 2 week's before i had used it in sunlight for a 10 minutes and i observed that the display is getting pinkish/purple lines. When the device getting cool down the lines got faded.And i don't even getting a temperature warning pop-up also.I have purchased my device 2.5 months ago only(20-may-2023).

I handed over the device to my nearest service centre, they kept my phone on observation for a 2 to 3 days and had chat with their higher levels and they told this is not an issue. If you use mobile on direct sunlight it will get these kind of stripes.

But i had checked with my friends who are having iphone 13 asked to use device in direct sunlight, they told that they are not facing these kind of any issues on their devices.

Please, help on it.

My experience says this is purely caused by some third-party app that you may have installed.

I am not aware of the ambient temperature in which you are using the iPhone. However --> Keeping iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch within acceptable ...

Store the device where the temperature is between -20º and 45º C (-4º to 113º F). Don’t leave the device in your car, because temperatures in parked cars can exceed this range.

Use iOS devices where the ambient temperature is between 0º and 35º C (32º to 95º F). Low- or high-temperature conditions might cause the device to change its behavior to regulate its temperature. Using an iOS device in very cold conditions outside of its operating range might temporarily shorten battery life and could cause the device to turn off. Battery life will return to normal when you bring the device back to higher ambient temperatures. Using an iOS device in very hot conditions can permanently shorten battery life.

Thank you for your reply SravanKrA,

But i have not installed any third party apps, and my few friends are using iphone 13 they have checked with exposing their phones on direct sunlight , and the device got heat. They didn't observe any issues like this.
