I have contacted my service provider and they say to answer the question accept or cancel. I have no Idea what to answer. What is the correct option? I have seen this has been a problem for many years. If I do accept what will happen also what happens if I answer cancel? Or is the problem never solved? I am new to 16 phone. My old phone was an SE.
