Using devices while waiting for appleID reset Hi, helping someone reset their appleID. We had access to the email and phone number, but the payment card saved was old - we had the number, but not the CVV. Oh well, we hit the 'do not have access to this card' and submitted - we've now had an email saying "You will receive a text or phone call at this number when your account is ready to recover on..." (13 days time). During the recovery input process it said that we should not use the devices during the reset. My question is - was that just until we recieved this email, or do we still have to leave them for the rest of the two weeks ?

How to contact Apple Support for Apple Account recovery? what is the email address for account recovery request for apple account? I am currently on holiday and I am trying to unlock my other Apple ID so I can used my back up phone.
