MAGIC KEYBOARD LOSES CHARGE

What is "every few days?" My Magic Keyboard takes around 3 weeks for its full charge to dwindle to 30% where I then recharge it. I use my keyboard about 12 hours a day every day. You can also use the keyboard with its USB to lightning cable attached to your iMac and that willl recharge it while in use.

Your keyboard is covered under your AppleCare agreement, so give them a call.

My Magic Keyboard loses its entire charge while I'm using it, even though it's connected to power with a Lightning to USB cord. How can I keep it charged and use it simultaneously, or do I need to turn the keyboard off to recharge it?
