Switch controls invalid configuration

I have set up a recipe and switch control for my iPhone 14 plus but when it is enabled via the triple click of the side button it says at the top “invalid configuration”. In the center of the screen it shows an option to cancel or ok that I can’t click until I stop the switch using triple click of the side button. It does however show the custom gesture on screen while it is running but it doesn’t register on the phone or app that the gesture is being made. Example, custom gesture is tapping. When activated via triple click of side button, top screen says invalid configuration, middle of screen shows IMPORTANT blah blah are you sure with cancel and ok. If I attempt to click cancel or ok it activates the tapping of the custom gesture I created and I can see the taps in grey on screen. I triple click the side button to stop the switch gesture and I can use the phone as normal. I have tried to delete and re create the custom gesture and followed a few video instructions to confirm I was doing it correctly and I was. No matter what I do it says “invalid configuration”. Anyone else seen or have this issue and know how to resolve/fix?
