I am trying to delete a few contact lists on my iphone and the delete option is not available. From what I can tell the lists are not associated with any accounts.
I have an iPhone 13 Pro and running iOS 16.6

When you delete an account from your iPhone, it prompts you to decide whether to retain the associated contacts on your device. If you choose to keep them, these contacts become uneditable and non-deletable on your device.
The sole method to regain the ability to edit and delete these contacts is by re-adding the account. Doing so will reestablish the link between the account and the contact list, allowing you to perform edits and deletions as needed.
Hi, if you use WhatsApp, delete the contact there first then try deleting from your iPhone.
