iPad mail signature

Thank you for reaching out in Apple Support Communities. There are steps available to verify that the email signature is properly configured that can help. Here are the steps we encourage for you to follow:

Customize your email signature

You can customize the email signature that appears automatically at the bottom of every email you send.

1. Go to Settings  > Mail, then tap Signature (below Composing).

2. Tap the text field, then edit your signature.

3. You can only use text in your Mail signatures.

Tip: If you have more than one email account, tap Per Account to set a different signature for each account.
