I know it happens because of my negligence but it’s really good to have a feature where you’ll be able to find your keyboard where you last left it. It’s easier for you to go back and find it if you went to multiple places and doesn’t remember where you actually left it.

Using Find My with a Keyboard:
You Can't. What you are looking to perform is not an option. This is because keyboards are not assigned their own IP Address.
Record this to Apple:
So, recommend to apple that they make this an option. They may not get back to your directly, but the more feedback they receive on this, the more they will know what their customers' preferences are, and why features to include in models to come.
