Can I move Logic's cycle region by forward or backward by one bar or by the size of the cycle region?

I'd like to be able to study bars one at at time while playing them in a loop. Does Logic have a means of moving a single-bar lengyth Cycle region ahead (to the next bar) or back (to the previous bar?) If so, are there keystrokes for these functions? If not, can I assign keystrokes to them?

I'd also like to have the cycle region move forward and back by its own length, but again, by keystroke rather than by dragging, and by full measure lengths according to the Meter track. So if I have four measures selected a keystroke would move the cycle region forward or backward by four bars, regardless of the beats per bar.

Thanks!
