My do not disturb is on why am I getting calls and text messages

Go to Settings>Focus>Focus Status and turn on Share Focus Status. Make sure you have it enabled for all of the Focus profiles you use.

Go to Settings>Focus>Do Not Disturb (or whichever one you're using). Tap on "People". Make sure you have "Allow Notifications From" checked. Make sure that you have no people enabled below that. Make sure you have "Allowed People Only" selected under "Phone Calls. As you have no people allowed, no one will be able to ring through. Make sure you have "Allow Repeated Calls" turned off.

go to Settings > Focus > Do not disturb and check the settings there and see if Phone application is under allowed apps etc
