Only an In-person inspection can determine whether that will accept it for repair.

We all have to live in the places we've choose in inhabit. And that includes rules, regs and circumstances we don't like or understand.

Those circumstances do not change the physical facts concerning the device and what must be done to remedy the problems.

Apple will want to fix all things needing repair.
