Numbers question - when printing, will numbers hide rows in an invoice if one of the cells does not have a value

. or some other sort of conditional formating. but still how up


MacBook Air is writing the invoice. used on iPhone and iPad using iCloud

No, not directly. What you could do is set a filter that only shows rows where the Quantity column is not empty. You'd have to toggle the filter on before printing and off after to regain view of all item lines.


Now, you might think that it would affect other parts of the invoice. To avoid that, split your invoice in separate tables, one for the header, one for the actual order, and one for the footer, like this. Hide the table names and stick the tables together.
