wi-fi at logon screen

After enabling FileVault on my MacBook, the Wi-Fi is no longer accessible from the login screen following the initial boot of the MacBook.

My mac computer will not connect to my home wifi, but it connects to otehr wifi and hotspots I have xfinity wifi and recently changed my password. After speaking with xfinity to resolve the issue of the mac computer not connecting to the wifi, they determined that the apple product was the issue and not xfinity. Connect public wifi issue. When connecting to public Wi-Fi networks, there is usually a window that pops up, requesting certain information to log in. However, my Macbook m1 is currently able to connect to Wi-Fi but the login prompt does not appear, preventing me from accessing the internet. Please guide me on how to resolve this issue.

Does it return when you disable FileVault?

I never even consider the login Wi-Fi signal strength icon. Either it completes startup and accesses the web or it doesn't. That's when the status of Wi-Fi,and the appearance of the icon, is important to me.
