Ever since my AppleTV update to 16.6 none of the apps work. They will open up and then throw a black screen. I’ve already done hard reset three times and can’t get YouTube, Spotify any of my favorite apps that I use regularly to work correctly.
Unless someone else chimes in with a new idea, I would suggest to contact an expert from the Apple Support staff for further assistance. Contact Apple for support and service (phone numbers) or start your support request online (chat/email/callback).
I tried that and unfortunately now the apps are gone because the App Store app it’s self won’t open lol
