Deciding which files to restore from the Trash in the Files App and what to avoid sending to the Recycling Bin depends on the importance of the files and the potential consequences of their deletion. Here are some guidelines to help you make informed decisions:

Files to Restore from Trash:

  1. Restore any files that are critical for your work, studies, personal records, or any legal or financial matters.
  2. Restore photos, videos, and audio files that hold sentimental value, memories, or creative content that you might need in the future.

Files to Avoid Sending to the Recycling Bin:

  1. Any files that you cannot afford to lose permanently, such as original creative work, important correspondence, or valuable research, should not be sent to the Recycling Bin.
  2. Confidential or sensitive information like personal identification, passwords, financial data, and proprietary business information should never be placed in the Recycling Bin due to the risk of data breaches.
  3. Files that are exceptionally large, such as videos or high-resolution images, might fill up your Recycling Bin quickly and occupy valuable storage space. It's better to delete such files permanently if you're sure you don't need them.

Ultimately, exercising caution, understanding the value of your files, and making regular backups will help you avoid unintended file deletions and safely manage your data.
