Konto Apple

I am looking for an answer on how to close my Apple account and get a refund from my account. I funded my account with an Apple Gift Card. I will add that I did not buy anything there and I do not want to buy anything. For me, these are cosmic prices several times more than it's worth.

After a long search, I found how to delete the account but I didn't find how to withdraw money, there is only an option to get money back for purchases, but I didn't buy anything. If anyone knows how to do this, please help.

If you have an Apple Account balance that you can’t use

You can't redeem or return Apple Gift Cards, App Store & iTunes Gift Cards or unused Apple ID balance for cash, except as required by law. If your jurisdiction allows the refund of redeemed gift balances, 👉 you can contact Apple Support to request a refund.

When you contact Apple, include the following information:

• Your Apple ID.

• The refund amount.

• Your current delivery address.
