Got this icon on my iPhone 14 pro max. Had been traveling in Canada and had been in area with no sevice and was getting the satellite icon and sos icon and then this appeared at one point and I can’t figure out what it means. Any help or thoughts on what it means..

Hi theresafromfairbanks,
To learn more about your iPhone's status icons and symbols, we recommend you check out the link below.
Status icons and symbols on your iPhone - Apple Support
We recommend the link above because it will teach you what the status icons and symbols at the top of your screen mean.
If you’re still unable to identify the symbol, check to see if you have any third-party apps running on your iPhone with a similar-looking logo. Try closing it to see if the icon disappears.
Please let us know the outcome after giving the above steps a try.
Thanks for using the Apple Support Communities.
Cheers!

I’ve checked the list of icons and this icon is not on there. I don’t have any third party apps that look like that icon and have not downloaded any new apps within the past few weeks when this appeared. It was only up on the status bar for less than ten minutes and I only noticed it while I was traveling in an area with very little cell coverage and was mostly just seeing the satellite and sos icons there. Thanks for replying…it is still a puzzle as to what the icon was, I’ve not seen it again.
It’s not on the list of icons, I don’t have any new apps or an app that looks like that. It’s only occurred once that I’ve seen and that happened while I was traveling in Alaska to Canada and kept going in and out of service. Mi kept seeing the satellite and sos icons and then this one appeared.
That isn’t an iOS icon, it must be from an app you have installed; I’ve never see it before.
Strange icon on status bar
