After latest update on iwatch 7 series my watch battery abnormally draining time from almost 20 hours to 15 hours with normal conditions and 90% battery health. is it possible???

I have the solution! Deletes all widgets that came new with Watch OS 10 (turn the crown). The battery behaves normally again!
Have you did the update less than 48 hours ago? Then is battery drain normal as the watch is busy with indexing
Do a restart after every update/upgrade.
I'm glad to hear it! So it was with me too, since the deletion of the widgets, which I do not need anyway so, me the complications are enough, everything is wonderful again :-)
After a few days, power cycle the Apple Watch and the iPhone. The battery behavior will generally return to normal.

Same with a Watch Series 7 WiFi only. Watch losts nearly 20% battery overnight and also with my iPhone 12 with latest iOS 16.6 which sees his battery drained.
I lost nearly 50% over 6 hours just wearing them in pocket !
Watch becomes a little hot while iPhone is warmer and hotter than previous days.
They are doing nothing: no always-on display, WiFi and Bluetooth activated and I wear the Watch on my body, iPhone is on the desktop.
Switching OFF notifications, do nothing in 6 hours : 50% battery drain on iPhone 12 and 45% on Watch.
This is impossible.
Weather is 24°C on my location.
I think this is company’s old practice way before iPhone 6s battery drain issue after iOS update that time they replace all battery which is affected and now they have many reasons to justify issue without concrete solutions and we as a customer who has out of warranty products no any other choice!!!!
Mine too, 7 series, don’t last a full day, about 12.5 hours and it got 5% batteries left, after the 10.0.1 update, i fully restarted it three times. I have just a few things running, perimeter, weather, heart, altitude. No music
Updated mine on the 27th following day the battery was only lasting an hour. On the 2nd Nov went to the genus bar at apple shop where the guy couldn’t fix it and due to his advice I have purchased a new watch. I feel I have been mis sold this. Not very happy and poor. What awful service.
No I was updating it almost 3-4 day ago still I faced battery draining problem compare to before updating 9.6.1 version!!!!
Same here. Charged overnight, 100% at 8AM, 5 hours later it's at 29% It's ridiculous
Massive battery drain on Watch 8. Can’t even last thru the day. And if I do a 30min workout I’m recharging at dinner. It’s been a week and no better. 40% drop sleeping is unacceptable
Unfortunately, the same for me. Apple Watch 6 Wifi only. 00:00 100% battery and 7 hours later, worn overnight, 20% in the morning. Before the update, the battery lasted 18 hours.
