Disable the camera from the lock screen when swiping left

Regarding controlling or accessing apps and information on the iPhone Lock Screen, you can't remove the Camera. However, you can change other features. Check out the information below found in the guide here: Control access to information on the iPhone Lock Screen

"You can turn access on or off to the following features while iPhone is locked:

• Widgets (see Add widgets on iPhone)

• Notification Center (see Change notification settings on iPhone)

• Control Center (see Use and customize Control Center on iPhone)

• Replying to messages (see Send and reply to messages on iPhone)

• Home Control (see Intro to Home on iPhone)

• Wallet (see Add and use passes in Wallet on iPhone)

• Returning missed calls (see Answer or decline incoming calls on iPhone)

• Connecting to a Mac, a Windows PC, or an accessory with USB (such as when you connect iPhone to your computer using USB)"

If you really don't want the feature showing you could enable access via Content & Privacy Restrictions but keep in mind "You can restrict the use of built-in apps or features. If you turn off an app or feature, the app or feature won't be deleted, it's just temporarily hidden from your Home Screen."
