Someone took $400 dollars out of my account off of Apple Pay

No one can take any money out of your Apple Cash. You can send money from Apple Cash, but you must authorize it.


If money was taken from any credit or debit card on your iPhone that had nothing to do with the phone, contact the card issuer’s fraud department.

As users only, we don't know you or have any access to your accounts. And we cannot help you in any way, except to tell you to contact whatever card issuer the money was tied to.

So tell us what you mean by 'Apple Pay'. Apple Pay is simply a wallet that stores things like credit cards, airline tickets, brand loyalty cards, drivers licenses, etc. Apple Pay is not a credit card or bank account in any way. Apple Pay allows the user to use an existing credit card to pay for something, for example. So in what specific account are you claiming this happened? Without this information we can't attempt to help you any further.
