No one can take any money out of your Apple Cash. You can send money from Apple Cash, but you must authorize it.
If money was taken from any credit or debit card on your iPhone that had nothing to do with the phone, contact the card issuer’s fraud department.

You definitely didn't call "us people" because us people are ONLY users here on this user to user only forum.
As users only, we don't know you or have any access to your accounts. And we cannot help you in any way, except to tell you to contact whatever card issuer the money was tied to.
So tell us what you mean by 'Apple Pay'. Apple Pay is simply a wallet that stores things like credit cards, airline tickets, brand loyalty cards, drivers licenses, etc. Apple Pay is not a credit card or bank account in any way. Apple Pay allows the user to use an existing credit card to pay for something, for example. So in what specific account are you claiming this happened? Without this information we can't attempt to help you any further.
Then you are in trouble. If someone made a withdrawal from Apple Cash they had to have your bank account number and routing code. Apple Cash presents itself to the financial system as a Visa debit card managed by Green Dot Bank. iPhone->Wallet->Apple Cash to see latest transactions. Maybe that will tell you where the $400 went.

You know what you see, unfortunately, you haven’t actually articulated what you’re seeing.
I literally just stated $400 was stolen from my account I didn’t know there was difference between Apple Pay and Apple Cash so to whom so ever is replying to me I’m literally looking at my account It’s missing $400 don’t know who stole it but I know I won’t be using it anymore this ridiculous
Someone took $400 out of my apple pay I only use Apple Pay to receive payments not send
Do you mean Apple CASH? As I said, it is impossible for anyone to take Apple Cash out of your account (unless they know your Apple ID and password).
I haven’t authorized anything
I know what I see and I know who I deal with I don’t have to lie about my Apple account you can’t tell me you a bystander just like me
And you still haven’t told us what you see.
Ok thanks for explaining to me so it had to be Apple Cash where my money was stolen from
This is not helpful thanks
