I get a message that says "Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes"

When ever I try to update or download something I get the message "Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes"

If your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes, it isn’t something that you can fix yourself. You will need to contact Apple Support. The Disabled in App Store and iTunes message is usually due to a billing-related issue, not someone getting the password wrong.
