I did and I’m still waiting to hear back from them! They said 48 hours so hopefully I will hear something today! I’m worried because I think someone may have tried hacking my account and kept getting the password wrong, which is why it’s blocked.

The Disabled in App Store and iTunes message is usually due to a billing-related issue, not someone getting the password wrong.
