I continually get a download error when trying to install icloud for pc.

Hello, this is likely a problem with other system files not being deleted or not being deleted properly. Try making sure that each and every file that you can relate to iCloud is deleted off of your computer. If that doesn't work I would try bringing it into a repair shop or having a windows computer tech expert give you instructions.

I would still try and get some support on the PC side of things, and if that doesn't work try contacting apple support through the SMS chatting system or by calling US 1-800-275-2273 or CA 1-800-263-3394.
