It looks like you subscribe to Apple Music, and are having issues with playing music from your PC. If this is correct, there are a few steps you can try.
First, check to see if the issue happens when you use a different browser other than Microsoft Edge. If the issue does not happen in another browser, make sure that your Microsoft software is up-to-date. If you need help with updating your computer, you can reach out to the computer manufacture directly or Microsoft, for Microsoft Edge support.
If it does happen in an alternate browser, check to see if the problem happens while on another Wi-Fi network, or while your computer is connected to the modem/router directly with an Ethernet cable. This will ensure there is the strongest signal possible going to the PC.
If the problem remains, report back with more information about the exact behavior you're experiencing. Does it happen with a specific song, artist, or playlist? Does it happen when you're on a different Wi-Fi network or when accessing Apple Music from a different device?
