Hello, I am subscribing Apple Music and now they won't let me synchronise the library, not even add to the music library! Is it possible that we changed the region to the app Stote?

How can I change my Apple Music region without cancelling subscription? Does Apple Music keep my playlists in case I resubscribe? Hi, I’ve just moved to Japan and I wanted to change my region to Japan so I can have access to the App Store here but because I have a Apple Music plan ongoing I can’t do that right now. If I cancel my plan and change my region and then resubscribe will all my playlists and library remain the same as before?
